Great rooms, great service, great breakfast. Everything was perfect except the water slide was not opened as mentioned on the board in the lobby, also I was not told there was a pet deposit until it was time to pay.
Staff were extremely Pleasant not to mention that I got a good night's sleep
Nicest hotel in Kapuskasing. Hotel is modern looking and rooms are very clean. Receptionist was polite and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was average. Pool was closed for renovations during my visit but it does look nice and big. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this establishment to my friends.
I stayed in one of the King Suites and it was gorgeous and very clean. The hot breakfast was good with waffles, eggs and sausage. Front desk staff were phenomenal!
